Why don't you publish your street address?
To keep client inventory secure and every delivery matched to an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN). Unannounced drop-offs can't be tracked to an account.
How does the first-100-units-free promo work?
On your first shipment, the labeling fee for up to 100 units is waived (up to $55). Add-ons like poly-bagging and carton fees still apply.
How fast is turnaround?
Most small-parcel shipments are prepped and boxed within 24–48 hours of arrival.
How do I pay?
You're invoiced per shipment after it ships. There are no monthly fees for FBA/WFS prep.
Is my inventory insured?
Contact us for our current coverage details. We also recommend keeping your own inventory insurance in place.
